Mark Doyle - President
Mark is a performance-driven executive with three decades of multi-sector experience in global business development and enterprise management. Mark strategically leads international business teams, drives client acquisition and maximizes brand value. He has successfully led sales and marketing teams to optimize mission-critical functions with key clients like BMW, LG, Bayer, Ford, Viacom and Research in Motion. Mark pioneered the highly successful Enterprise model in Canada and the US, launching multiple, cloud-based, B2B digital platforms that fully integrate eCommerce sales, distribution and marketing. In 2007, Mark completed his Executive MBA with a 91% average. As part of his MBA, Mark opted for the Advanced International Marketing Elective which included advanced market research, entry and development courses at Oxford and Cambridge. Mark has helped launch over 100 products successfully into the North American marketplace…and counting. Mark is an avid reader and hiker, loves sci-fi, kayaking, trail cycling, organic cooking, the Thunderbolts Project and ancient civilizations. Mark has written several editorials for Natural Products Insider, Retail Council, SEM and CIM.

Joe Banaticla - VP Sales (USA)
Along with relationships to Tier 1 and 2 retailers, Joe brings vast knowledge and robust sales experience in private label, branded products and ingredients. He has 15 years managing private label brands, 8 years at NexGen Pharma Vitaceutical Division, Choice Marketing/Trans Action Natural and 7 years at Bethesda Co-op. Joe was  the Naturally Preferred private label account manager for Kroger (1500 stores), introduced 150 skus to 1500 stores and increased profit by 50%. Additionally, he managed UNFI Natures Basics private label Brands and Healthy Options private label brand. Joe brings long‐term sales relationships with Natures Basics (UNFI private label vitamin account), Healthy Options (Philippines largest private label vitamin account), VitaCost, Amazon.com, Drugstore.com, Vitamin Shoppe and Swanson’s retailers, independent accounts, Whole Foods and Health Food chains. Joe loves his wife, 3 girls, a furry white dog who thinks he is in charge, sci-fi, movies, sports, barbecues, travel, cars, eco anything and the Health Food/Nutrition Industry where everyone still cares.

Terri Matthias - National Sales Administrator (USA) 
Terri comes to us with a long history and proven track record for success in the Natural Industry.  She started as a manager in the retail side and after several years became familiar enough to become a top producing sales representative for several companies in the Supplements, HBA and Grocery. Her success is attributed to her passion for living a natural lifestyle with her husband and two children.  She is an avid label reader and strong advocate for 3rd party verifications such the Non GMO Project GF and Vegan verified. She enjoys the Florida Sunshine and beautiful beaches with her family of four. They enjoy keeping active in the lake by their home either wakeboarding or using their stand-up paddle boards every chance they get.  She looks for ways to be active in her community by participating in local community gardens and participating charity funded 5K runs as a family.

David Doyle - Web Manager
David is a digital specialist of advanced web, eCommerce and distribution integration solutions. His expertise supports our client’s web needs. He focuses on providing a quick click user experience, API integrations and graphic design. David started up digital print media operations for Liquor Control Board of Ontario, managed Seneca College's digital print operations, and is an experienced educator of digital service management. During David's career he traveled the globe managing setup and training operations for end user applications such as Loew's, Home Depot, Blockbuster, Esso, Shell, Petro Canada, Canadian Tire and Choice Hotels. During his off-time David enjoys studying digital technology, web code, hiking, biking, gourmet cooking and a tasty Shiraz.
